#shanenaz

Last year my pals and I cycled in The Galilee, Northern Israel, to raise money for Nazareth Hospital Paediatric Department. We raised over £50,000 but we could use more! Nazareth is the largest Arab town in Israel; the people are lovely, and the kids are awesome. Nazareth also treats kids in the West Bank of Palestine who have very limited access to healthcare. They need your help! Go to my sponsorship page to find out more and see what you can do! Maybe even join us in 2017..?

You can never start 'em too young

Small child tackles a vintage Massey-Ferguson at the Mullahead Ploughing Match. Pretty soon he'll be openin' 'er up and slappin' th'oul buckrake til 'er an' lettin' 'er rip!

Priceless Egyptological artefact lost forever!

Alas, now that the warm weather has arrived, this fine statue of the Egyptian Pharaoh Rameses II is no more; it has been reduced to a mere puddle; in fact, even that is now gone. For a very brief few nights in December 2000 (yes, it was that long ago), this fine colossus graced my back garden.

And now all I have are memories...
