We're doing it again! This time we are biking from Petra in Jordan up to Nazareth in Israel, to raise money for the Nazareth Hospital CT Scanner appeal. Last year we raised over £50,000 for the Children's Unit! Nazareth is the largest Arab town in Israel; the people are lovely, and the kids are awesome. Nazareth also treats kids in the West Bank of Palestine who have very limited access to healthcare. They need your help! Go to my sponsorship page to find out more and see what you can do! Maybe even join us..?

More Lough-Lapping Lamentation

Hey - I just found out that a bunch of folks did the Lap the Lough on Sunday in support of the EMMS. And I didn't know, so didn't get the chance to say hello. Ah well - maybe next year, and this time I'll keep my ear closer to the ground.

  1. Mea culpa Shane. I didn't make anything of this year's ride but we were having a look to see if we could use it in years to come. We can and will, so see you then, if not before.

  2. Hi Mike, no probs; yes, let's do next year! I don't think I'll try the Mtb though :-) The wind was pretty serious for the first third...
